Chief Supply Chain Officer
Moid Alwy is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at American Tire Distributors (ATD), where he oversees ATD’s sprawling supply chain network and operations. Moid and his team are responsible for all supply chain activities including strategy and innovation, planning, forecasting, ATD’s 3PL & 4PL FLX FWD business, and last mile delivery.
Prior to joining ATD in August 2022, Alwy spent nearly 20 years at Target, where he began as a lead analyst and rose through the ranks to become vice president of global supply chain and logistics. For more than four years as Target’s VP, Alwy led the Global Operational Intelligence team responsible for overall network steering, data & analytics, and critical transformation initiatives. Alwy was part of the Supply Chain Leadership team that played a vital role in scaling Target from a $70B retailer in 2020 to more than $100B by 2022.

Alwy graduated with a degree in Information Systems and Mathematics from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He holds a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification for exceptional leadership capability.
Alwy is responsible for overseeing ATD’s entire supply chain network and operations, the strategy and innovation for ATD’s multi-echelon national distribution network. His appointment to this role in August 2022 marked a pivotal moment in ATD’s supply chain evolution by creating a centralized, end-to-end supply chain organization.
